Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about playing free puzzle games on Puzzle Play.

What is Puzzle Play?

Puzzle Play is a free website with 20 browser puzzle games for kids and teens — memory, logic, word, math, and arcade-style brain teasers. No app store, no account, no download. Start on the home game grid.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Open a game and play. We never ask for email, name, or a password.

Which devices work?

Phones, tablets, Chromebooks, and desktop browsers. Games are touch-friendly and also work with mouse or keyboard where noted (for example Number Merge arrow keys).

How long is each game?

Most rounds take about 2–10 minutes — good for a quick brain break. Try Memory Match, Math Rush, or Slide Puzzle to start.

Where are my scores saved?

Best scores stay in your browser’s local storage on that device only. Clearing site data or using private browsing removes them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I share my score with a friend?

Yes. When you finish a game, use Share Score or Challenge a Friend on the results screen. On phones this opens the share sheet; on desktop it usually copies a link you can paste.

Is Puzzle Play free for classrooms?

Yes. Teachers and parents can use it as a short brain break. Read tips on the For Teachers page and browse our free puzzle games for kids guide.

Do the games need Wi‑Fi the whole time?

You need an internet connection to load the site. After a page loads, most games run in the browser without extra downloads.

Are there ads or tracking?

Optional analytics and ads may appear only after consent where required. You can decline optional cookies. Details are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Which game should beginners try first?

New players often start with Memory Match, Bubble Pop, or Hangman. For a tougher logic challenge, try Sudoku Mini or Lights Out.

How do I mute sound?

Use the Sound control in the site header (home or game pages) to mute or unmute beeps.
